The service
COUNT is a personal finance app that aggregates your linked bank accounts, tracks spending against budgets, and provides an AI assistant ("Bill"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Not financial advice
COUNT and Bill provide informational summaries of your own data. Nothing in the app or on this website is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Balances and categorizations come from your bank via Plaid and may be delayed or imperfect — verify against your bank before making decisions.
Subscriptions
COUNT offers auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings or via Settings → Manage Subscription in the app. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in credentials secure, link only accounts you are authorized to access, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information shown in the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app.
